Zoom launch of John Simmons’ new poetry collection

We’re hosting the Zoom launch of John Simmons’ new poetry collection Seville; Shadows & Light.

We’ve been taking groups of Dark Angels to Spain for nearly two decades. In that time John has forged a deep connection to Andalucia and the historic city of Seville. He’s also built a special friendship with Seville-based sculptor and fine arts professor Alberto Germán.

This new book is a testament to these bonds – two old friends walking the streets of a city they love, with John writing poems and Alberto providing watercolour illustrations.

At our launch celebration, John will read from the book, and he’ll be joined in conversation by other Dark Angels’ poets.
